He held several positions in the Rural Engineering Service of Madhya Pradesh, including Executive Engineer and Superintending Engineer. He has extensive experience implementing the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana rural roads program. He also worked as the Chief Engineer of the School Education Department.
