Consultant (PSC). The starting point of the
project expressway is an interchange with the
existing HCMC — Trung Luong expressway, the
ending point is an interchange with the planned
Bien Hoa — Vung Tau expressway and will be
operated by VEC. The expressway will be
constructed under the Project to be 4 lanes and the
Government will expand the width to 8 lanes when
the traffic demand exceeds 4 lanes capacity. The 6
interchanges (EC) are planned under the Project,
i.e., (i) IC1 with HCMC-Trung Luong expressway;
(ii) IC2 with National Road 1A; (iii) IC3 with
National Road No.50; (iv) IC4 with Nguyen Van
Tao road; (v) IC6 with Phuoc An; (vi) IC7 with

The starting point of the project expressway is an interchange with the existing HCMC — Trung Luong expressway, the ending point is an interchange with the planned Bien Hoa — Vung Tau expressway and will be operated by VEC.
