Dear Asaduzzaman,
This has reference to the discussions and subsequent interview had with us, we are pleased to offer you of
our Company, on the following terms and conditions:
01. Commencement and nature of Appointment:
a) Your Joining date will be 26th June 2021.
b) Your appointment will initially be for a period of 6 months' probation from the date of your joining
during which period your services may be terminable without any notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever. The management may, however, extend further such period or be pleased to consider
confirmation at its discretion depending 011 your performances.
02. Duties and Responsibilities:
a) You will carry on with the duties and responsibilities entrusted to you and also the duties and
responsibilities that may be entrusted to you by the Management from time to time.
03. Transfer:
a) Your service is transferable. You will be liable to be transferred to any branch, division or
department of the Company. You may be transferred anywhere in Bangladesh.
04. Termination /Job Cancellation of Service:
a) During probation period, your services are liable to be terminated without termination benefit
by the management at any time without assigning any reason.
b) After confirmation, the management may terminate your service at any time without
termination benefit only giving 30 days' notice or pay in lieu thereof.
c) The management shall reserve the right to terminate your service at any time, if found you
guilty of any insubordination, intemperance or misconduct of which the company will be the sole
judge..
OS.Resignation of Service:
a) After confirmation your notice period for leaving the company will be 60 (Sixty) days or
surrendering.of 60 (Sixty) days basic salary and benefit in lieu of notice period.

08. Income Tax:
Tax due on your salary will be payable by you as per Income Tax Law of Bangladesh and will be

06. Secrecy:
You shall maintain our official secrecy and you shall not divulge to any person or body any information
whether during the continuation or after cessation of your employment or indulge in any activity affecting
the interest, business or reputation of our organization.
You will prior to or upon leaving employment with us, delivery to us any and all records, items and media
of any type containing or otherwise relating to any of the confidential business information, whether
prepared or acquired by or provided to you. -
During the course of your employment, you will observe strict secrecy in respect of all transactions and
affairs of the Company and state of account with individuals and in matters relating thereto and, not to
accept, hold or engage in any other offices, occupation or gainful employment or have business interest
which might interfere with your obligation to Experience Design Limited.
07. Designation & Salary:
a) Your designation will be "Executive (E-commerce Developer)" in the management cadre of our
Company.
b) You will get a consolidated salary of BDT 26,0001= (In word: Twenty-Six Thousand Taka Only) per
month until further order.
c) From second month of your joining, salary will be BDT 28,0001= (In word: Twenty-Eight Thousand
Taka Only) depending on your performance.
d) You will be entitled for Eid bonus after one year of your service completion.
