With reference to the interview you had with us, we hereby, agree for your services as ‘District Co-ordinator’ at Gonda,
responsible for Saral Points Operations in Gonda, as per the following terms: -
1. Period of Service: The contract will be valid from 10th
January, 2017 to 30th
June, 2017 and can be considered for
renewal after this period.
2. Rate of Payment for Services: Your service is commission basis till 50 e-Mitra Joining, each joining you will get
Rs. 2000. After 50 e-Mitra joining you will get Rs. 25000 monthly. This will be subject to tax deduction at source.
3. Training & Development: You will be provided with industry / trade specific training and capacity building to
enhance and develop your professional skills and expertise. You will also be provided with regular assessment and
feedback.
4. Confidential Information: You are expected to keep confidential any information you come across, whether written or
oral, which relates to internal controls, computer or data processing programs, or information concerning the business
or financial affairs and methods of operation or proposed methods of operation, accounts, transactions, proposed
transactions, security procedures, trade secrets, know-how, or research/inventions of Saral Point e-Services Pvt. Ltd.
All material, existing and developed, will be copyright of Saral Point e-Services Pvt. Ltd.
5. Conflict of Interest: You will not be allowed to undertake similar assignments with any other firm during your tenure
with Saral Point e-Services Pvt. Ltd. without prior approval from the management.
6. Jurisdiction: Your contract will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, even if you have been deputed
elsewhere by the Company.
7. Termination:
 This contract may be terminated by either party by giving a notice of 15 days or payment in lieu of notice, at
the discretion of the Company. However, any obligation from either side accrued during the term shall be
fulfilled.
 You will be governed by the Company’s code of conduct and if there is any breach of the same or non-
performance of contractual obligation or insubordination, the contract will be terminated without any notice
notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated herein. The Company further reserves the right to
invoke other legal remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interests.
 If the Company finds that the information furnished by you about your education and employment history is
not true, the Company reserves the right to terminate the contract on the grounds of misrepresentation of
facts.
8. General: The above terms and conditions are based on the Company’s policies, procedures and other rules currently
applicable and are subject to amendments and adjustments from time to time.
