The author also learned to look deeper at thriller films and consider things like mise-en-scene and sound design. Working in a small group was better than a large group to avoid conflicts. The author learned how to work within deadlines and managed actors, locations, costumes and props for the project. Storyboarding was a joint effort between the author and their partner. They stuck closely to the original plan for the film because they felt the strange ending was effective on its own.
