This document describes a biometric voting machine that uses fingerprint and facial recognition to verify a voter's identity and allow electronic voting. The machine scans biometric data from identification documents to enroll fingerprints and photos, then matches this to centralized identity records to verify voting eligibility. Voters make selections by touching candidates' names or photos on the machine's screen. The votes are printed for verification and electronically transmitted to a central system using encryption and secure connections. The goal is to automate voting using biometrics for secure identity verification while protecting personal voting information and preventing improper access to centralized databases.

Combination of traditional and modern biometric voting!
The population voting is very expensive and time
consuming process, especially in the preparation,
printing ballots, organizing vote.
With the development of biometric technology and
the introduction of biometric identity cards and Passports
today we can automate many services with high safety
in public places.
On simultaneous way system scanning and
recognizing biometric data from personal document,
Enrollment fingerprint and make photo of person face
and match offline biometric data of the personal
document with personal biometric enrollment data.
With this processes system with 100% reliably
establish the identity of the person who wants to vote
and verifies in the central data base that the person has
the right to vote.
Voting is performed by touching on the photo or the
name of the candidate.
System prints filled ballot to confirm the vote and
the votes are currently sent electronically to a central
system. Printed copies of the voting to verify the votes in
the event of an appeal to a electronically vote. Printed
copies are stored in a special box which is accessible
only to authorized persons for checking.

Voting begins by selecting the
language in which the voter wishes to
vote by touching the screen.

phones or cameras to the voting place
for the prevention of abuse selling
votes!
2. Scanning biometric personal ID:

RFID technology to read biometric data
from personal identification documents

Scanning biometric personal identification documents and biometric parameters of human beings
(fingerprint, finger vein patterns, face, voice, iris, signature) are used for offline matching to be 100%
reliably to establish the identity but never exposed or stored in any central databases in accorrding
with Privacy Protection Act and the fact that voting is a personal secret.
Votes are encoded with 128-bit encryption and and transmitted to the authorized institution server
with secure leased lines.
Communication and data exchange BiCard Voting and the authorized institution server use secure
web services protocol.
