This document summarizes a case study of a project to implement business intelligence technologies and an ECM system for a large multi-industry corporation with over 250,000 employees. The corporation was struggling with inefficient document management processes and a lack of visibility into employee performance across its many divisions. The instinctools team improved the existing document workflow software to provide dynamic reporting, data visualization templates, and access controls to give management an integrated view of work processes and performance across the large organization. This resulted in more efficient document handling, faster issue identification, improved information distribution, and end-to-end process control for executives.
