This document provides tips for organizing the IQPC Middle East marketing team in 2013. It discusses why organization is important, how to prioritize tasks, and Winston Churchill's quote that "failing to plan is planning to fail." It then lists 10 top tips for being organized, such as starting each day by planning, writing everything down, keeping notes together, prioritizing tasks, following up on tasks, and taking breaks. The pros of being organized are less clutter, less stress, more productivity, and more trust. No cons of being organized are identified.
Time management refers to the way that you organize and plan how long you spend on specific activities. It may seem counter-intuitive to dedicate precious time to learning about time management, instead of using it to get on with your work, but the benefits are enormous: Greater productivity and efficiency.

The approach they took is subtly different from ‘traditional’ digital marketing; it’s far more technical, heavily data driven and is executed by different skillsets to the way it’s normally done. This approach focuses on aspects that work specifically to generate growth.
Growth is all about getting things done. Barriers that most digital marketers have that prevent them from executing this growth tend to be tech barriers. Enter: the growth hacker! The solutions that a growth approach provides break down these walls with the extensive technical knowledge of the growth hacker.
