Behavior
        Antecedent                       Jane refused to transition and started shaking
                                        the table. She then snatched a pencil out of the
                                        hands of a classmate and threw it on the floor.
                                           She went over to the break area and cried.
Jane was working in teacher group
and it was time for her to attend her
speech session.




                                                    Consequence
                                               Jane was asked to stop shaking the
                                              table. She was asked to go to speech.
                                              She loss a privilege for not complying.
Creating the Baseline:

   Documented the behavior on a interval
    recording form.
   Contacted mother to complete parent survey
    and obtain consent.
   Contacted other staff that worked with Jane.
   Completed student interest survey.
