2. AIM
This survey deals with how many customers
would prefer buying an AUDI car over premium
brands like BMW, Benz Etc.
3. TOOLS USED
Sample chosen are 35 people who are upper
middle class and who has a capacity to own a
premium car.
primary data is used –Questionnaire
4. SURVEY ANALYSIS
We had surveyed 35 people out of which 28 were males and 6 were females
5. Most of the people we surveyed were undergraduates, this shows that most of the undergraduate
people are well known of the Audi and other brands .
6. From the survey , most of the persons preferred AUDI from other competitors like BMW,BENZ
etc. Almost 60 % preferred the AUDI car.
7. Around 50% of the surveyed people like overall care and quality of an Audi car
8. Luxury is most preferred purchasing decision and Audi had got a Brand name and tagged
as rich men spoiled car.
9. Most of the people have known AUDI is true either television or recommendations from friends and family.
10. These were some of the preference of the customers when buying a premium car:-
Around 13out of 35 people surveyed most of the people preferred product quality.
11. The price factor was the only factor which prohibits many customers from buying an Audi car.
The other factors which the customers mentioned were comfort, features etc.
12. According to the survey the performance of the car was very good, they have attained this
information through their friends, magazines, previous bought Audi car etc.
13. Conclusion
From the survey we have attained that around 65% percent preferred AUDI
is a car to purchase since it had got good performance, quality, good brand
image, but they had to compromise on the price.
Audi as a brand has so many loyal customers, because of the strong
customer awareness, strong presence in the segment, and a feature loaded
product.
The survey give prime importance of product quality in the car buying
decision.
13 persons opted their primary concern as product quality while buying a
luxurious car.
The survey revealed 18 out of 35 people will opt Audi as their primary car of
choice.
In the performance category, Audi got a clear distinction from other brands.
In our survey 9 people gave excellent and 21 gave good ratings to Audi.
Safety feature bagged 21 satisfied customers.
The survey shows that it is the most aware brand among the luxurious brand
available in India.
This clearly shows Audi has a bright future in India
14. Inference
From the above analysis we have come a
conclusion that AUDI car is most preferred among
the other premium cars.
This clearly shows Audi has a bright future in
India ahead.
