Paliparan National High School has started a program called Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) or Friends Against Drugs. BKD is a peer group of students, teachers, and community members that promotes awareness of drug abuse issues and supports intervention. The group organizes activities in the school and community like poster making, slogan writing, songs, and poems to integrate the anti-drug message into different subject areas. BKD aims to provide drug prevention education and activities to the students and local community.

The ALS implementers in San Francisco District-II continue to serve underserved and marginalized populations through the ALS and Abot-Alam programs.
