Evaluations found New School students performed better academically and it reduced dropout rates. The model also strengthened school-community relationships and its relatively low additional costs have made it appealing for other developing nations.

SchoolBOX checks the legal status of the land
where the school exists or will be built. We help
facilitate the transfer of land ownership into the
name of the Ministry of Education. This ensures the
operational sustainabilityof the school in the future.
Every parcel of school land is donated by either the
community or the local government.
