Job description
This position reviews applications and makes decisions regarding creditworthiness for the issuing of credit
cards and/or non­card, unsecured lines of credit. Uses systematic tools for more accurate decisions and to
determine credit line within approval authority limits. Requires basic knowledge of credit card and/or non­
card, unsecured lines of credit and underwriting criteria. Applies judgmental lending principles indecisioning
Credit Card, Consumer Lending and/or Business Card applications. Responsible to cross sell appropriate
bank products. Applicant should be able to deriving business cash flows, analyzing credit bureaus and have
strong communication skills.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Minimum of six months of customer contact experience
Strong knowledge of Credit Card industry
Excellent working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
Knowledge of Bank of America lending philosophy
Knowledge of credit reports and bureaus
Ability to work independently in pursuit of goals; self­motivated, confident and enthusiastic
Professional oral and written communication skills
