Steve Jobs was born in 1955 in San Francisco and adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs. As a boy, he took apart electronics with his father which instilled confidence and mechanical skills. After dropping out of college, Jobs took a job at Atari and traveled to India. In 1976, Jobs co-founded Apple Computer with Steve Wozniak in Jobs' garage. Apple introduced revolutionary products like the Macbook Air, iPod, and iPhone that changed technology. Jobs was known for his innovative, creative vision and leadership in bringing new technologies to mainstream consumers.
