In this presentation, Nitika introduces Automation and associated trends. Her interest area lies in applications of automation testing.

4. In my view,
 Automation has become one of the basic
necessity of all the industries these days. Human
intervention is not possible everywhere.
 Moreover, I attended a workshop on industrial
automation and robotics organized by SIEMENS
which developed my interest in automation.
Hence I have chosen it for my presentation.

5. Some years ago, we people used to see robots
on silver screen only. That time, it was
considered to be an instrument which is used
to clean a place or a car. But now they have
actually come into picture and in the coming
future they would be used for the lab work
too. According to me, automation has a very
bright future because more and more
electronics and electrical engineers are
working on it these days and it would
certainly create a revolution in the near future
in industries.

6. If Offered the golden opportunity of
internship ,
I would like to work on AUTOMATION
TESTING because I am good in testing part and I
have good experience of testing the performance
of devices used by us in our college labs.
If not TESTING I am comfortable with other
work too. All that is required by me is to get the
privilege to work with the huge company
Mphasis.
