This document summarizes a partnership between Conagra Brands and Infosys to implement robotic process automation (RPA). Conagra was facing challenges from labor-intensive updating of product specifications and fines for missed delivery timelines. Infosys implemented RPA bots across 10+ of Conagra's business areas, automating rule-based tasks to decrease cycle times, improve throughput, and avoid $5 million in fines while increasing revenue by $3 million per year. Moving forward, Conagra plans to further expand RPA and leverage insights from current bots to optimize processes as their automation journey continues.
