Construction on the ramp at Orlando Executive Airport is progressing with completion expected by the end of August. Flight Express Inc. now offers maintenance and avionics services for all general aviation aircraft and has recently completed Cirrus aircraft training.

On August 1st Showalter Flying Service lost a long-time employee and friend, Jerry

Amos. Jerry was the master of maintenance on the Showalter leasehold. We would
always joke that he could fix anything with a roll of duct tape! Much of what Jerry
did for us was done quietly, but many of you will recognize his loaded golf cart with

cially his wife Wanda and the Nodorft’s. We will miss Jerry’s vast knowledge, crea-
tivity and steadiness. But most of all we will miss Jerry!
