                         Dear customers and friends
                         As we do every December 1st and in accordance with your lease agreement requir-
                         ing that we give you 30 days written notice of any change, we are including this
                         note in your statement to advise you of a 4.5% increase to your lease rate as of
                         January 1, 2012.
 Special points
                         For those of you who are long-term customers this will be repetitious, but for newer
 of interest:
                         customers this will serve as an explanation. We adjust ALL our rates and charges
 • Customer Letter       annually and, most years, follow the Consumer Price Index for the preceding 12
                         months in determining those increases. Every 3rd or 4th year the increase exceeds
                         the CPI by a small margin as using just that index barely keeps us even and never
                         gets us ahead.
                         In late 2008 and 2009 fuel prices rose, attacks on business aviation increased and
                         the economy fell off a cliff. In 2010 we chose not to increase any of our rates, our
                         hope was that this downturn would be more short-lived and that this simple ges-

                         ture might make a difference in someone’s ability to use their aircraft, or in some
