This document summarizes the findings of a questionnaire about what content audiences expect to see in music magazines. Most respondents expected to see images and artist titles on the front cover along with smaller images of other artists inside. The main stories, gossip, advertisements, and information are standard expected content. Respondents also expected a mixture of coverage on both new and well-known artists so readers can learn about rising artists and get updates on established acts.

This is the findings from my audience questionnaire about music magazines and what they
think should be in it so I can get a rough idea of what I need to put in there so people
expect to see it and also what sort of audience I am working with.

3. So from this question I know that most people will expect images and titles on the front
which are included anyway and smaller images of other artists included in the magazine
so I know that these are the main things that I need to put on my front cover.

4. Main stories is the main thing which will be included in my magazine as well as
gossip, adverts and information which are pretty standard in my magazine but this
question was to see if there was anything else that people expect but there isn’t so I
can put in other things that I think will be good in my magazine as well as the main
bits.

5. Most people expect a mixture of new and well known artists in magazines so I can
included well know artists and information about their careers and also new artists about
their rise to fame and what they are like so people can get to know them which will give
me a wider audience.
