 Synthetic fuels: Audi e-fuels
 Audi is developing renewable forms of energy – which are known as Audi e-fuels –
because they can make a large contribution towards CO2 neutrality. For this, Audi is
playing a part in the development and production of third-generation renewable fuels,
which do not compete with the production of food or animal feed.
 Audi e-gas project
 The Audi e-gas project makes an important contribution towards carbon-neutral mobility.
It involves generating synthetic natural gas in a power-to-gas plant, which serves as fuel
for the gas-powered Audi models. Along with its potential for carbon-neutral operation
and low fuel costs, this technology offers other benefits as well.
