Project 1 (CAD WORKS)
“2D to 3D conversion” using solid works and solid edge reference input drawings pdf files jpeg
files and AutoCAD files final output is 3d generated cad file and corresponding draft file using
solid works and solid edge.
 GD & GT were given according to client input copy. Designed various fabricated parts and given
respective geometric tolerance and geometric dimensioning were ever required.

 Worked on the project Magazine and Traverse trolleys .It s also missile carrying trolleys.
 It’s have 12meters length of structural Drawings. Fabrication like welding and Screwing
Components. Load calculations and BOM generation.
 Cast estimation, raw material procurement and hard ware purchase, etc.

3. Project 5 (Y-Connector plastic mould die design for karthic mould’s Dies)
 Worked on a project like Y-Connector plastic mould die .It is a die making design for ‘8’ cavity
mould die.
 Its contain no design considerations like plate thickness, ejector pin arrangements , cooling pins
providing, core alignments and sliding arrangements with in a cycle time.
 Providing material properties which are suitable and play perfect role for no of cycles.
 BOM generation, Hard ware detail etc.
