There are four types of media: printed media like textbooks and magazines; visual media like photographs and pictures; audio media like cassettes for listening; and audio-visual media like videos and films. Some examples of audio-visual media include videos about occupations and stories.

TEACHING MEDIA
Language teaching media is instruments or tools that
are used by the teacher and the students in learning
language. Media supports and helps the students in
learning language.
There are 4 types of media, they are printed media,
visual media, audio media and audio-visual media.
 Printed media : text books, magazines,
journal, bulletins, web pages, blogs, etc.
 Visual media : photographs, graphics, pictures,
models, game puzzle, wall charts, etc
 Audio media : cassette that is used in listening
 Audio-visual media : video and film.
