This document provides instructions for a 1500-word report on drilling engineering systems for a Drilling Engineering II course. Students are asked to discuss 6 interrelated drilling systems and how the design and operation of each system impacts safety, quality, and efficiency of the drilling operation. The report must be submitted by email by December 16th and include sections on planning, achievement, attitude and understanding, quality of presentation, and references. Plagiarism is not permitted and late submissions within 7 days will only receive a pass mark.

Drilling engineering operation consist six systems, which are related to each other, one messing system
the drill operation will be stopped or suspend until the system will back again
Each of the systems are significant in the life of well drilling and design or selection of each parts will be
related to the final Safety, Quality and Efficiency of drilling operation.
Submit a 1500 word report discussing the above statements. In your report you may include or refer to
points such as:
 System definition
 System includes
 The design and operation guide
 The output of the systems
NOTE
 The assignment must provide information on the selected system for each divided groups
 The final work contributes 1 point of the lecture towards the total mark of drilling engineering II
over 40%.
 The Report must not be more than 7 pages of A4; this is not including table of content; diagrams
and references.
 The report must also be typed and bound on one side, font ; Times New Roman, size 12 body
writing 14 heading, line spacing 1.5.
 The structure of the report must include: contents page; list of tables; list of figures; main body
work; conclusion and references.

 Late submission after this date will only achieve a pass mark. If submitted within 7 days of the
original submission date.
