*Video chats, webinars, streamlined video that will come throught the campus infrastructure
and will allow the educators to work from their computers while learning how to use the programs and
implement the programs in the classrooms.

*Hands-on professional development for Smart Boards, Web Sites, Power Point uses, Photo
Story, Blogging, Google Apps and much more. These will also take place where the educator can
immediately implement and begin using their new knowledge.

*Blogs, Webpages, etc. will be set up and easily accessible for teachers to leave reflections
about the professional developments.

*Evaluations and/or assessments:

*The Principal will request or look up information (eduphoria) at least twice a year, from each
teacher and interventionist. A window of dates will be given to the educators for when the principal will
check on these itesm.

*The CIT’s will look at and review the principals evaluations of the educators to ensure that the
follow ups are taking place.

*As each educator attends professional development, they will need to reflect on these and
post them in an area (blogs, webpages, etc.) for other educators, from the district, to see. These
reflections will help other educators determine which professional development will benefit them.

*More evaluations from educators about what they have used in the classroom and what
worked, what didn’t work but could have, etc. As other educators read these reflections, they may have
suggestions for improvement.
