the main landing gear, under the aircraft's forward fuselage. TASL has signed the initial contract with Boeing for the

Project Brief:
• The project deals with Preparation of Visual Work Instructions (Process sheets), using Catia V5 and 3DVia Composer.
• Creation of Bill of Material and standardizing the routings through SAP.
• Input will be provided by BA Engineering.
• VWI will be created from the inputs provided by BA Engineering and the routing has to be done with the standard pictogram
by referring the BA standards and methodologies.
• The VWI will be uploaded in to SAP along with necessary approval sheet, technique sheet, validation sheet and required
Production tools.
• The Production Order Generated will be moved to Methods Review and Approval, Technical Review and Approval and
Quality Review and Approval through Electronic Routing Database (ERD).
• After all the approvals the SAP Change number is released and the VWI is ready to release on the Shop Floor.

Project Brief: • The project deals with Preparation of Visual Work Instructions (Process sheets), using Catia V5 and 3DVia Composer. • Creation of Bill of Material and standardizing the routings through SAP. • Input will be provided by BA Engineering. • VWI will be created from the inputs provided by BA Engineering and the routing has to be done with the standard pictogram by referring the BA standards and methodologies. • The VWI will be uploaded in to SAP along with necessary approval sheet, technique sheet, validation sheet and required Production tools. • The Production Order Generated will be moved to Methods Review and Approval, Technical Review and Approval and Quality Review and Approval through Electronic Routing Database (ERD). • After all the approvals the SAP Change number is released and the VWI is ready to release on the Shop Floor. • The project involves creation of internal condition of supply for different components and sub assemblies by taking into consideration of requirement of main assembly line. • These conditions of supply are the communication documents between the assembly planner and the detail component planner.
