New Product Development:
 Handling New Parts Development from RFQ Stage to Start of Supplies to the Customer.
 Supplier Selection for New Product Development Based on the Key requirement of the Product and its schedule.
 Preparation of PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan for Proto-types, Pre-Launch and Production Parts.
 Preparing Lesson Learned and discussing it with all the Departments to avoid similar Problems in next Part
Development.
 Internal Planning with the entire Department for New Product Development to ensure timely Development.
 Designing the required Jigs and Fixtures for the New Product and ensuring on Time De velopment of the same for
effective and efficient use at the time of Parts Manufacturing.
Press Tool/Jigs/Fixtures Maintenance:
 Responsible for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program which will include verifying entry of all PM tasks
into CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for all related equipment, follow up on PM
work to ensure work is being accomplished.
 Responsible for preventative maintenance implementation including such elements as Pillar Bushes, Self
Lubricating Bush & Limit Bolts and Proxy Sensors with 5 Why analysis, and mean time between failure (MTBF)
assessment on equipment, etc.
 Works closely with production to ensure appropriate maintenance support is provided to achieve production
schedule, scrap and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) goals. This involves working on automation, robotics,
hydraulic presses and other production machinery.
 Provide technical leadership for maintenance group focusing on actions that improve machine uptime, process
reliability and maximize throughput levels of equipment.
 Responsible for all aspects of scheduling employees, such as OT tracking, weekend support and validation of OT
hours in Manpower Requisition System.
 Participate and engage in PDCA and deep dive activities for continuous improvement.
 Manage MRO budget and spending to provide cost savings and correct supply levels.
 Ensure all work is in compliance with all safety and immediately report any unsafe act or condition to the
Management.
 Provide proper and necessary supervision and training to maintenance employees in order for them to perform
their job safely and efficiently.
 Recruit and retain necessary talent in the maintenance department by providing feedback in a timely manner and
creating an environment of development and team work for all assigned employees.
 Effective coaching and development of direct reports to upgrade the In-house resources.
