•28 year at Boeing - work on 707, 757, 737CL, 737NG, 767, 747 & 787 airplanes as a Service Bulletin
Engineer and the following military programs F-22, Space Station, B2, & AWACS in Manufacturing
Engineering.
•Technical Lead Engineer (TLE) - Service Bulletin Engineer Lead (SBE) for the Wings and Fuselage
sections, ATA’s 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 & 57. Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead for the B2 Bomb Rack
fabrication assembly and delivery team, obtained 100% on time deliveries.
•Lead multiple special projects that require coordination between upper management, airline
customers, spares and the FAA regulatory agency to integrate technical solution and insure the airlines
ability to maintain compliance to Airworthiness Directives (AD).
•Extensive mechanical background, knowledge of Boeing documents, manuals, processes, Boeing
Communication Systems (BCS) and drawing for both commercial and military programs that allows
effective communication with customers in assisting them to resolve technical issues and concerns
regarding maintenance, inspection and modification.
•Lead investigation of customer problems, across multiple disciplines, working with internal Boeing
Engineers, Field Sevice Representatives (FSR), Suppliers, Spars and the Customer in a team environment
to develop root cause analysis and implement corrective action to technical problems. Extensive use of
the Boeing Communications System (BCS) is utilized in support of analyzing customer problems and
providing timely resolution.
•Lead and Hardware Manager for the Forward Boom buckling issue on the F-22 program. Coordinated
retrofit plans, production of parts and kits required to retrofit the Forward Boom section of two F-22's at
Edwards Air Force Base. Coordinated with Boeing Spares and the representative at Edwards Air Force
Base to insure that all kits, supplies and consumable materials were available on time. Provided on site
assistance during the retrofit incorporation to assist in the successful resolution of any problems.
•Space Station Integrated Product Team (IPT), responsible for tool development, direct interaction with
the tooling vendor and coordination between the vendor and the design group to ensure the vendor
fully understood the requirements of the tooling request from concept through tool tryout.
•Provided On-Site Hands-on experience with retrofit, modifications and validations at airline
maintenance facilities, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and military bases.
•Recent secret clearance (2013) and F-22 program clearances.

Lead - Service Bulletin Engineering (SBE) groups for ATA’s 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 & 57 (Wings and
Fuselage sections). Manage and schedule the work load for the group. Provide guidance, training,
coaching and mentoring for the group and help them find ways to meet their schedules. Lead and
participated on several special projects, APB Winglets, Rotable Parts, Operator specific Issues, More
Work requirement format. These projects require coordination between the SBE management and
authors, Airline customers, Boeing Spares and the FAA regulatory agency. Support the SBE Requirement
Change Board and coordinate process requirement changes with the group. Completed the Technical
Lead Engineer (TLE) work shop and use these skills to advise, assist and check authors in my group and
the SBE organization.
2004 - 2012
Assistant lead - Service Bulletin Engineering (SBE) ATA’s 54, 55 & 57. Assisted with all lead functions
including mentoring and training of new employees. Investigated customer problems and work with
cross functional/multi discipline teams to develop solutions for their technical issues.
2003 - 2004
F/A-22 Modification & Retrofit Analyst-Technical representative for modification retrofit and system
support issues to customers and suppliers. Provide technical leadership in the resolution of problems
and the development and implementation of new concepts and techniques. Coordinate with personnel
and senior management from other companies, customers, suppliers and spares to define, schedule and
evaluate project objectives.
1999 - 2003
Service Bulletin Engineering (SBE) ATA’s 51, 52, 53 & 56 – Assisted with the lead function for the group.
Research, design and write retrofit solutions for the commercial fleet on major structural sections and
landing gear. Represented SBE on the requirements change board. ISO subject matter expert (SME) for
Renton SBE, duties included creating and revising the SBE processes and procedures. Participated as the
SBE representative on the ISO implementation team. Assisted in the training of the Renton group on the
ISO requirement in order to obtain our ISO certification.

Manufacturing Engineer-Hardware Manager/Lead over major Section of hardware from the
developmental phase through the transition into production. Coordinated producibility issues and
drawing changes between design engineering and the factory floor on multiple programs (F-22, Space
Station, B2 and AWACS). Coordinate between the vendor and the design group to ensure the vendor
fully understood the requirement of the tooling request from concept through tool tryout.
