fabrication assembly and delivery team, obtained 100% on time deliveries.
•Lead multiple special projects that require coordination between upper management, airline
customers, spares and the FAA regulatory agency to integrate technical solution and insure the airlines
ability to maintain compliance to Airworthiness Directives (AD).

Communication Systems (BCS) and drawing for both commercial and military programs that allows
effective communication with customers in assisting them to resolve technical issues and concerns
regarding maintenance, inspection and modification.
•Lead investigation of customer problems, across multiple disciplines, working with internal Boeing
Engineers, Field Sevice Representatives (FSR), Suppliers, Spars and the Customer in a team environment
to develop root cause analysis and implement corrective action to technical problems. Extensive use of
the Boeing Communications System (BCS) is utilized in support of analyzing customer problems and
providing timely resolution.
•Lead and Hardware Manager for the Forward Boom buckling issue on the F-22 program. Coordinated
retrofit plans, production of parts and kits required to retrofit the Forward Boom section of two F-22's at
Edwards Air Force Base. Coordinated with Boeing Spares and the representative at Edwards Air Force
Base to insure that all kits, supplies and consumable materials were available on time. Provided on site
assistance during the retrofit incorporation to assist in the successful resolution of any problems.
•Space Station Integrated Product Team (IPT), responsible for tool development, direct interaction with
the tooling vendor and coordination between the vendor and the design group to ensure the vendor
fully understood the requirements of the tooling request from concept through tool tryout.
•Provided On-Site Hands-on experience with retrofit, modifications and validations at airline
maintenance facilities, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and military bases.
•Recent secret clearance (2013) and F-22 program clearances.

SBE representative on the ISO implementation team. Assisted in the training of the Renton group on the
ISO requirement in order to obtain our ISO certification.

developmental phase through the transition into production. Coordinated producibility issues and
drawing changes between design engineering and the factory floor on multiple programs (F-22, Space
