This document summarizes the work of Action for Social Advancement (ASA), a non-profit organization working to ensure livelihoods for poor communities through natural resource management. ASA works in over 1000 villages across 14 districts in Madhya Pradesh and 4 districts in Bihar, directly engaging over 120,000 families. The organization's team includes over 60 professionals and 160 para-professionals. ASA's programs include land and water resource development, agricultural productivity enhancement, and promotion of System of Rice Intensification (SRI) and System of Wheat Intensification (SWI) to over 2000 small farmers across 3 districts in Bihar. Key achievements include training over 2400 farmers and establishing 60 farmer groups.
