property with 597,000 RSF. Supervised an operation team of over 15 employees that included engineering, security,
and all accounting functions of the company. Reduced operating expenses by approximately 20% without sacrificing
quality by implementing cost control procedures.
Responsibilities:
 Analyzed and evaluated monthly and quarterly financial statements
 Developed annual operating budgets and forecasts,as well as sales and marketing plans
 Maximized rental income while minimizing expenses through effective planning and control
 Prepared specifications, solicited bids and approved subcontracts forbuilding services
