This document provides information about a contemporary dance show taking place at Arley Hall and Gardens on February 12th and 13th. The show will feature A Level dance students from Priestley College performing site-specific dances. The audience capacity is 100 people split between two rooms each night. 2. Introduction
 The client wants to host a Contemporary Dance Show on the 12th and
13th of February. The venue is Arley Hall and Gardens. The client
wants the Priestley Production Arts team to run the event, and the
show will consist of A Level Dance students from Priestley. The
audience capacity will be 100 people over two nights. They will be
split into two rooms running at the same time. The theme is a
professional, site specific dance event which showcases the variety of
work created by the dancers at Priestley College and the venue itself.

3. My Role
 My specific job role in this production is one of the sound technicians.
For this role I will be assisting my manager in getting the right tracks
for different performances, playing them at the right time, and
adjusting the volume of the music so it isn't so loud that it is
distracting. I may also be setting up different sound equipment such as
speakers.
 The equipment used will be speakers, a sound desk and a computer.

7. Manager
 My manager, is Joel, who is the Assistant Technical Manager for sound.
His manager is Jordan, who is the Technical Manager. I’ve not made
contact with any of them as of yet.
