Grant Fund (BRGF) and Identified Backward Villages (IBVs) Grant fund.
Monitored closely for proper implementation of 13th Central Finance Commission (13th
CFC) Grant, 3rd SFC Grant, BRGF Grant and Identified Backward Villages Grant fund
throughout the state.
Prepared training materials for state –wide PRIs functionaries of above said funds in
Bengali and English language and also prepared Power Point Presentation (PPT) on
different issues for Central Ministry’s and Sate High Power Committee meeting time to
time.
Provided handholding and telephonic support to the district and block level PRIs
officials, political representatives on different issues like implementation on Finance
Commissions Grant, BRGF programme, Integrated District Plan preparation,
Implementation of PlanPlus and ActionSoft Software, Audit, Utilization Certificate,
Report Preparation, Financial Management etc.
Conducted over 500 awareness camp, mothers training programme for over
10,000 SHG members, teachers, anganwadi supervisors and workers, health
workers, ASHA, farmers, parents general community people on education and
health for all, gender issues and women empowerment, cultivation, integrated
farming, livelihood, issues when I had posted in districts (Birbhum, Purulia and
South 24 Parganas)
Conducted a survey and presented a paper in national seminar on Job
searching and job analyzing for persons with Mental retardation when I had
worked for NGOs in Rajasthan at my early career.
