through Financing & supported from TL, CCL, Intra loaning, Bank Loan and all of the enterprises got finance
based on the business plans. Beneficiaries are replicating demonstration, through getting funds from
MFI/Federation/MFI.More than 75% of the business plans prepared for the enterprises are effectively running
as per the plans which prepared after discussion with the community and also getting handsome profits which
not only increase their earning capacity but also they are returning their installments without any default.
Community /beneficiary/groups/federation members are able to calculate profits/ losses/threats from enterprise
through effective business plans. I tried to give my best 100% to organization. In this context, significant inputs
received from the all levels within the program & partner organization s, always tried to maintain the
communication among all levels colleagues for the betterment & result oriented works. Always wants to give
maximum output with the help of optimum use of available resources and worked as a team member to achieve
targets
While pft coordinator i have managed the planning implementation monitoring and evaluation of
result based work plan and reporting to district officer and other stake holders on regular basis . I was supported
the province in preparation of work plan, mobilizing resources coordination and networking with district officer
and project. Management office and management of financial and human resources the three components such
as governance livelihood strengthen and Group sensitization have exposed me to a comprehensive and
sustainable development model.
I am have a lot of experience in working in the livelihood sector and RCH in Madhya Pradesh .
while working with academy of administration i was involve in the research for family welfare and malnutrition
work in madhya pradesh. My experience in developing the community based institutes preparedness strategy
is worth mentioning.
I have extensive experience working in the Microfinance & livelihood sector and specially in the
tribles poor livelihood affected areas. While working for family planning association of india i was core team
member to develop MIS system to improve reporting pattern have also dealt with child health in high mortality
area. I have more than 12 year experience in project and programme management. My past experience of
