Zafar’s professional journey is stretched to more than two decades having expertise in dealing with personnel administration tasks, and design, plan and conduct of institutional capacity building programs. The professional career was started in the year 1992, joining administration wing of a federal government organization: State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
