· Tax Service Specialists work with ADP’s larger corporate client base ensuring accurate tax filings and resolving tax
issues from various agencies. I have 9 clients that I am responsible for validating newagency set ups, resolving open
agency notices, and assisting the payroll team in ensuring the correct jurisdictions are available for employee taxability.
I hold regular conference calls for each client during which I provide updates on the open tax items. It is expected that
we resolve these items as quickly as possible in order to keep penalty and interest costs to a minimum. A typical week
includes calls to various agencies for clarification on letters the client has received, data verification for newagency set
ups, follow up on the constantly revolving agency requirements to ensure our clients stay in compliance, monitoring a
service queue for newrequests, conducting conference calls, and providing updates to my upper management team on

· As a Tax Service Coordinator I was responsible for routinely checking tax reports from ADP’s tax system in order to
ensure there were no errors. When errors occurred, I was tasked with finding the correct data from either the client of
the payroll service centers and correcting the error quickly to avoid late deposits and filings. In addition, I answered
calls from clients and the payroll service centers in regards to tax issues they were experiencing. It was my job to
ensure we took corrective measures or advise the client how they can resolve the issue if it was outside of ADP
jurisdiction.

· As a Full Level Tax Coordinator I was responsible for bringing new clients on to ADP’s Tax Filing Services. This entailed
entering data from previous filings and matching it against the payroll data that had been input into ADP’s payroll
system. This position required great attention to detail over a large volume of data, as well as the ability to work
quickly and efficiently to meet quarter end deadlines. I was responsible for working with our clients and our sales team
to obtain any documents that may be missing. Many times manualcalculations were required for current quarter data
as we took on many clients that previously had nopayroll computing system to speakof. I routinely calculated payroll
amounts manually in order to ensure the taxes were deducted correctly to avoid any future agency issues.
