- Alzforum has a newly re-designed and re-curated research models database containing information about nearly 100 models relevant to AD research. Data is curated from the published literature and other reliable sources and will be updated as new information becomes available. The hope is this will become an evolving repository of information and a place where researchers can go to share their comments and observations. - For example, Saido’s NL-F and NL-G-F models. Already they have both been quite well characterized, and you can see at a glance that the model carrying the Arctic mutation has an accelerated phenotype.
