We interviewed a group of St Marylebone
students to put together some customer
profiles. By doing this, we can Prove that our app is
desperately needed.
How do you avoid procrastination?
Procrastination is a very
common problem within
schools and workplaces
and a key question now-
a-days is how do you
overcome it?
Most of the time people
procrastinate because they
overestimate the
unpleasantness of the task at
hand, this is what also causes
people to become anxious
and stressed. Therefore
creating even more negative
feelings towards the task.
With Don’t Dawdle, we
provide a stress free
environment which allows
you to do your work to the
best of your ability without
stress.
Our Motivation
Whilst in the process of deciding
what we wanted to base our app
upon, we realised that
procrastination is a very familiar
subject with both us and our
fellow colleagues...
...Being the young innovators
we are, we saw a great new
app idea with great prospects
and instantly began
developing Don’t Dawdle...
Our app not only ensures that
people can get work done on
time, it significantly lowers their
stress levels which would in turn
lead to them being a happier
person! We wanted to help
people all around the world
organise their lives in a simple
way.
With procrastination being such a common issue, there have
been a few anti-procrastination apps created. Our main
form of competition is an app called ‘Keep Focused’ which
has suffered dramatically since creation:
● Receiving extremely poor reviews from users
● Reports of faulty operating systems and features
Competition

Features
Where would we get our data from?
With our app, the user
would input their data
into the timetable option
on our app and we would
use their profiles and user
information to fulfill the
tasks we need. We would
also need to access the
internet and app/website
settings to make sure we
can do our job and block
the websites the user
wants us to.
7 out of 10 people are willing
to pay for our app. They said
it would be extremely useful
and practical.
Customer Pledges
We asked 10 people about
what they thought about our
pricing and whether or not
they would be willing to pay
the £0.69. This is what they
said...
However 3 people
admitted that they
would only
download it if it
were free.

We are advertising our app on websites apps
and social media sites such as YouTube,
Facebook, Instagram ,Spotify and Snapchat.
This would be ideal for the younger section of
our target market because they constantly
have a connection to social media and love so
spread the word around.
We have also created a twitter page on which you can see updates and ask
any questions. Follow us @dont_dawdle!
Our Journey
In the making of our app ‘Don’t Dawdle’ we
have had to do a wide range of planning and
organising on lots of different types of
software.
