PLEASE NOTE:
The Federalist and the Republican Parties only emerged after George Washington became president; they are not the same thing as the Federalists and the anti-Federalists who debated the ratification of the new Constitution in 1787 and 1788. Moreover, this paper is not about the debate over the ratification of the Constitution, but about how and why national leaders broke into two political factions (or parties) as the Washington and Adams administrations sought to deal with domestic and foreign policy issues. So when addressing the Constitution, you should be thinking about the role the “necessary and proper clause” and the Tenth Amendment played in how these parties viewed the Constitution.

The article refutes conclusions that the south and north alignments assisted the realization and passing of the constitutional convention of 1787. The distinguished economic interest of the region including slavery, merchant and commercial activities led to sectional rifts. The author argues the rifts meant that the constitution was predisposed to failure and its original design fell short of serving as the constitution of the nation. This led to civil wars and a southern secession and led to the need for three amendments to save the constitution.

He has a Ph.D. from the University of Washington and has written various books including Pathogens, Parasites, and Progress and To Form A More Perfect Union. The article refutes conclusions that the south and north alignments assisted the realization and passing of the constitutional convention of 1787. The distinguished economic interest of the region including slavery, merchant and commercial activities led to sectional rifts. These, in turn, created the need for compromises and agreements between both sides to complete the constitution. The author argues the rifts meant that the constitution was predisposed to failure and its original design fell short of serving as the constitution of the nation. This led to civil wars and a southern secession and led to the need for three amendments to save the constitution.

Most radicals believed it was up to the states to relieve the financial burden of the people. These sentiments fostered a movement for a new constitution. Political differences soon stimulated the creation of political parties.
Compare and contrast the Articles of Confederation with the new Constitution of 1787. What were the strengths and weaknesses of the Articles vis-à-vis the Constitution? Give specific instances that demonstrate the weakness of the Articles (such as the Western problem).

The organization grew out of its founder’s desire to save dogs destined for euthanasia in Southern shelters. Operating out of a single location in Oneida County, HH arranges for the transport of dogs from North Carolina and Tennessee to New York. Prior to their arrival, the dogs are given vaccinations, spayed or neutered and tested for heartworm disease. Behavioral tests are occasionally performed, but are rarely documented. Once in New York, the dogs are advertised for adoption via the HH website and its Facebook page. Adoptions cannot be finalized on-line, although applications can be completed and transmitted through the website, which also accepts donations via PayPal.

This is another important value to carry out inside of your classroom, I feel that it goes hand in hand with the core value above. Because I believe it is very important that we, as future early childhood educators, teach the students in our future classrooms to never just look at the color of someone else’s skin or look at another individuals religious beliefs as wrong just because they are different. If I asked myself, do I have an array of different colored materials such as paint, paper, play dough, crayons, or markers, would I be able to say yes? I would like to be able to say yes, so to reflect on the variety of skin tones, eye color, and hair color within society.

First, the online learner must make sure he or she is ready to succeed. Online learning can sound so perfect that some students start with an unrealistic vision. In reality, online courses require just as much, if not more, time and energy as traditional classroom courses. Taking an online course also requires one to have specific computer skills and learning strategies in order to succeed. Embracing GenAI - A Strategic Imperative
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

To prepare for this Assignment: Review the articles “ Federalist Paper No. 10 ,” “ Federalist Paper No. 51 ,”and “ Federalist Paper No. 78 .” Peruse the Walden Library, academic databases, and the Internet for current literature on The Federalist Papers, particularly 10, 51, and 78.
