Stockholm Syndrome typically happens under a situation in which a victim is put under extreme
duress; situations such as kidnapping and hostage taking, among other situations. When put under

Lord Peter loves the thrill a new assignment can bring, just as any other person can enjoy

The space probes voyager 1 and 2 were set off in 1977 on August the 20th and september the 5th

conditions for their mission wold not reoccur for approximately another 175 years. These
conditions were that the planets were aligned in a certain way that would allow the probes to use
specific planets to propel the probes further out into space.
Due to the distance these probes traveled from the sun, solar energy was unable to be used as a
power source. Instead the probes relied on the gravitational forces of the planets to propel them.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of restrictive contraceptive legislation on
unintended teenage pregnancy. Teenage pregnancyhas declined steadily over the past 40 years,
however in the past decade the rate of pregnancy among adolescents is rising. Restrictive
contraceptive legislation such as abstinence only education, mandatory waiting periods, parental
notification laws, or Medicaid funding restrictions could all play a part in the increase of pregnancy
in teenagers. One study found funding for abstinence only education programs were linked to
increased birth rates among black and white adolescents (Yang Gaydos, 2010). Another study found
restrictive contraceptive legislation resulted in higher unintended pregnancy rates among
adolescents. The implication of this review is state and federal policies should focus on improving

For Claudia Cifolelli s Senior Project, she provided service for the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
in Kenya, Africa. This organization provides a safe haven for injured and orphaned elephants that
have been victims of the illegal ivory poaching throughout Kenya. In order to help raise money to
fund this organization, Claudia organized a silent auction containing art pieces related to wildlife
made by students and alumni from Natomas Charter Schooland other local artists. The money she

FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION FLSA
73.The Plaintiffs repeat, reallege, and restate each and every paragraph above as if said paragraphs
were more fully set forth herein at length.
74.That at all times hereinafter mentioned, Defendants engaged in a widespread pattern and
practice of violating the FLSA, as detailed in this Complaint.
75.That at all times hereinafter mentioned, Plaintiff HUDSON was employed by Defendants within
the meaning of the FLSA, 29 U.S.C. В§ 203(e).
76.That at all times hereinafter mentioned, Plaintiff HUDSON was engaged in commerce and the
corporate Defendants were enterprises engaged in commerce within the meaning of 29 U.S.C.
В§В§ 206(a) and 207(a).
77.That at all times hereinafter mentioned, Defendants violated the Plaintiff HUDSON s rights by
failing to pay Plaintiff HUDSON the minimum wage for each hour worked in each discrete work
week, in violation of the FLSA, 29 U.S.C. В§ 206(a)(1).
78.Defendants failure to pay Plaintiff HUDSON the minimum wage was willful within the meaning
of the FLSA, 29 U.S.C. В§ 255.
79.Defendants are liable to Plaintiff HUDSON for the unpaid minimum wages, plus an additional
equal amount as liquidated damages, reasonable attorney s fees and costs, and any other
appropriate relief pursuant to 29 U.S.C. В§ 216 (b).

The JSX 3222 analyzer is an energy dispersive fluorescent X ray spectrometer developed to analyze
