Ship Agency
• Act as local representative on behalf of owners, charterers or operators of the vessel;
• Assist with planning, organising and coordinating all aspects of port calls, ensuring full compliance with safety, statutory
and commercial requirements and regulations;
• Liaise with port authorities with whom we have a reputable relationship for special requirements such as berth allocations
• Assist customers operating in Malaysian and Indonesian ports;
• Crew services including sign on and sign off, repatriation, medical aid, hotel, travel, transportation arrangements and other
services.
• Other special project management includes assisting clients with tow management, straits transit, heavy lifting, clocking
repairs, tugs and barge hire and risk assessments.
