I was retired Captain from Tanker company. The owner of my previous company requested for placement of
competent and qualified officers and ratings for their tanker ships. Officially registered "Kyaw Myan National Co.,"
to carry out Crewing Services and Maritime affairs, adopted "Ocean Conqueror Shipping Agency" (OCSA).
I started career of seaman in the year of 1980. Served on board as Radio Officer with various companies and tramping
world wide.

As Radio Officer took responsible for :-
Communication in Satellite, Radio Telephony, Radio Telex, Radio Telegraphy with Owner, Charterer, Port Authority,
and Rescued Coordination Stations. Administration, Ship's Account, Supplying Catering Department, Bonded Store.
Prepared port papers, Radio and other personnel documents. Dealing with Port Authorities on every ports of call.
In 1999 to 2001, In cooperated with VIA Co., Ltd. Acting as General Manager.
Solve out the crisis of deficient Electric Power by introduction of "Solar Electrical Apparatus " from South Korea.
Substituted "Enclosure Climate Control from Germany" in place of Window type Air Conditioning at TV Repeater Station.
To control ambient temperature in transmitter & Receiver control room.
In 2002 –Passed Harbor Craft Master and Module II in Singapore. I served as Master on tanker ship,
Neptune Tanker Shipping, Singapore and various type of ships and companies in Middle East and Asia Pacific region.
As being Radio officer and Master for 32 years I have adequate experience, Skills and well understood how
to collaborate as team player and disposition & communication. I have been in conjunction with mass of experienced
seafarer, Offshore Technicians and Ratings as team mate.
Since registry "Kyaw Myan National" company, I carried out local and oversea Marine Crewing Service and Recruiting HR
service.
Individual procedure of Screening the candidates for the satisfaction of Principal clients
1.) First of all recruitment carried out and discuss essential matter(s) related to the recruitment process;
2.) Source and conduct interview with candidate(s) in terms of discovering their interpersonal skill and language(s) ability;
3.) Input each candidate's personal data to internal system before introduced to the client;
4.) Arrange interview schedule which convenience for both parties and assure them to attend the interview as scheduled;
5.) Act as third party in providing smooth recruitment process;

2. 6.) Suggested to principal related to Seaman Employment Control Division regulations;
7.) Issuing quotation of placement fee as confirmation in advance;
8.) Preparation traveling documents, Visa and releaser order for the successful candidates;
9.) Escorted joining candidates to air port departure terminal till the plane took off.
