2. The video
We are shooting a 30-40 second promotional video for the Ringwood School production of
Anything Goes. This video will be set in the 1930’s as we follow Reno Sweeney walk through
the backstage changing room’s area preparing for her performance. The video starts as she
enters through the stage door and finishes as the lights come up at the start of her
performance.
Costume –
Gina – red dress, overcoat, headpiece, character shoes
Charlie – gold & red sparkly dance dress, barefoot/character shoes, (pearls & silk robe)
Zachary - white shirt, black trousers, black bowtie, black smart shoes –
**Items in red are what you must bring yourself**
Enough spare costumes & bits to cover dressing tables etc.
*We’ll also need a big dress or something to cover up the mirror on the door at the back*

Schedule - Wednesday 12th December
9am Jordan pick up Ronin & camera equipment from Grizzly office
9:40am Jordan & everyone else arrive at school - *meet in BTEC office*
9:45am Pack cars with equipment & costumes
10am everyone leave Ringwood
11am everyone arrive at NST car park
11:10am get all equipment inside location, safety brief from Jordan L
11:20am actors walk through blocking, set up camera, prepare location for shooting,
costume prepare changing rooms
12:30pm lunch
1pm start shooting main shot
2pm shoot pickups, safety shots
2:30pm wrap filming, actors leave, pack up costume, props and camera
3pm Crew leave location

4. Transport
Jordan driving – takes camera, Ronin & misc. camera equipment, Max & Zachary
Fraser Driving – takes costume, props, Amy, Gina & Charlie there, takes Gina, Charlie &
Zachary back at 2:30pm

Please bring water & a packed lunch, there is a canteen & toilets on site
Actors please get changed during the period before shooting at 1pm
Depending on your driver, McDonalds may be available after production
Max will be shooting a behind the scenes video throughout the day, if anyone does not
want to be featured in this please let myself or Max know prior to the shoot.
