Departures from the residence will take place on July 17th and 18th, 2009. On the 17th, courses will run from 8:45am to 12:30pm, followed by lunch. Guests must check out in the morning by returning bedding and badges and either leaving luggage at reception or taking it with them. Buses will transport guests to the airport from the INRIA or G. Pompidou bus stops. On the 18th, rooms must be emptied before 9am as there is no direct bus from Sophia Antipolis to the airport, requiring a connection in Antibes and Nice instead.
