The majority of filming is taking place on 15 Chivers road when we are filming here we are going
to leave any spare equipment that will not be used during shots in a separate room to minimalize
hazards and ensure that entry points are clear to walk in and out of. Also for the shots that are
outside we will make sure that we are not obstructing members of the public and leave spare
equipment and luggage to a separate team member at the side. On the shooting days we will
carry out a separate risk assessment to ensure that it is a safe location for pedestrians.
2 low Heavy / Fragile loads
To exclude the risk of damage to any of the equipment we have decided to drive to all of the
filming locations this gets rid of any risks due to carrying heavy equipment.
3 low First aid
In case of an emergency and anybody getting hurt we have a medical kit near by and all members
have been informed of the hospital and medical centres local to the locations.
4 Medium Fire safety
In case of any fires we can ensure the safety by maintaining a clear entry/ exit point to get out in
emergencies. There is a key scene we need to be aware of when we film fire, we will ensure to
maintain a safe environment for every member of the group by making sure flammable objects
are kept away from the fire.

Heat / cold / extreme

When in the House location we will keep the heating on to ensure that we don’t get to hot or cold
and will be able to change it for our personal preference. For the outside location we have
planned to all wear the appropriate clothing materials suitable for the weather that day.

All the equipment used for the shots will be handled carefully and evenly distributed to each
team member when having to walk it to the location this will lower the risk of dropping it and
will make it more efficient.

Having breaks half way through filming when in the House we can be provided with the food and
also when filming outside we can go to a nearby shop and also provide our own lunch.
