Due to the current economic climate, I have recently been retrenched from my post of 4 yrs as an
Inventory/Warehouse Manager, at an engineering company, BOM-MACH, that manufactures
construction and compaction equipment.
My role as an Inventory Manager: Parts Division, involved managing a team of between 7-10
warehouse staff members, managing day to day running of warehouse operations, and providing
complete administrative support function to senior management. Prior to moving to BOM MACH, I
was employed as Parts & Sales Manager at another engineering firm, VIPAC SA, that is also
involved in heavy construction and compaction machinery. Between these both companies, I have
24 years of experience in Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Inventory control sectors. I am
also equipped with a strong technical background as well customer care.
I am a strong, responsible and confident individual who is self motivated and works well under
pressure. My commitment to my job, strong work ethic, and going the extra mile has assisted me in
advancing my career. I have gained immense knowledge during my working experience within the
Manufacturing, Retail and Construction sectors. I believe these experiences have grown me, and
are one of my many strengths that allow me to blend in and adapt to any work environment.
