I am a highly confident and self-motivated individual who responds well
under high levels of pressure and under the strictest of time criteria. I am
very enthusiastic and have a drive for success where I not only satisfy or
exceed customers’ requirement but also produce these results cost
effectively. My skills include that of developing relationships across the
whole of the supply chain in order for the company to recognise its full
potential, I realise the paramount importance of this. These skills are readily

 Responsible for 40-50 on shift basis
 Main responsibilities are managing all logistics activity for Toyota
production plant to ensure all parts in Europe arrive on time in full
for production at plant Maintaining 100 % delivery via our 120
vehicles each day. Arranging special requirments for customer and
also all aspects of Health and Safety on site. Planning production at
suppliers with Toyota Brussels and creating load plans each month
to meet route plans at efficient cost.
 Year to date achieved 99% service level and kpi,s are of high
standard. I have achieved this under the budget that is given to me
by Toyota therefore saving the company 10% of the initial budget
and achieving high standards for the customer.
 Regular meetings with Managers of Toyota and also the General

Selfridges In Store Operations Manager FEB 2007-APRIL 2008
 Responsible for 25 people including 3 team leaders
 Main responsibilities are managing all stock in to the store and
supplying the stock efficiently to all five floors. Also all stock going
out is sent correctly to suppliers and other stores. Provide extra
value service to the customer.
 Year to date achieved 99% service level and kpi,s are of high
standard. I have achieved this under the budget that is given to me
by DHL therefore saving the company 10% of the initial budget and
achieving high standards for the customer.
 Regular meetings with 40 Managers of Selfridges and also the
General Manager building a great relationship with the customer.
 Passed Health and Safety audits by DHL and Selfridges with 92%
and also DHL effective operations audit with 95%

Reebok Contract First Line Manager NOV 2005-FEB 2007
 Responsible for approx 35 people ranging from warehouse, Quality
Control and administration staff.
 Main duties include booking containers (loaded) from abroad and
tipping them in the warehouse, palletising the stock and then storing
the stock in the racking. Stock is called of from various customers
through Reeboks computer system and liaising with our transport
department we ship to customers.
 Year to date I have achieved 99.75% on time in full deliveries for
Reebok. Also all containers have a process which the stock has to
be Quality controlled on site, From the point of the stock arriving to it
being system landed we have to complete this within 48hrs.Which
we have achieved 100%.
 I deal with Reebok directly on daily basis and supply reports relating
to performance and staff to Operation Manager for DHL and also
relevant people at Reebok.
 I am well within budget and utilise staff accordingly also I have
developed a unique training plan to develop my full time staff.
