This internship project studied lead generation and business strategies for sales and marketing in the IT sector. The document discussed India's large and growing IT industry market share. It also analyzed a company called Antraweb Technologies that provides Tally software products and services. Research was conducted on Tally software usage by different types of businesses. Most small and medium enterprises were found to use Tally. The majority of manufacturing organizations purchased annual support contracts for Tally. The project proposed action plans for lead generation and provided suggestions to improve Antraweb's marketing strategies.
