PROBLEM STATEMENT
Few years back, CLIENT was launching the first ever smart phone on Android platform with NFC (Near Field
Communication) chip that was the precursor to Apple Pay. With a large retail presence through network carriers
such as ATT, SPRINT, VERIZON, the client was finding difficulty positioning new features to new customer
demographics. They were looking for a solid brand awareness, backed by customer success stories that would
resonate with non-digital campaigns and build the receptivity around a sequel of products for the years to come.
SOLUTION
WE leveraged the DESIGN THINKING based engagement model with a focus on marketing and branding side of
the framework. Our critical analysis of OEM Channel Partners, existing customer-brand equity, and product
expectations around innovation allowed us to deliver a customer awareness and feedback platform. The device
marketing group along with corporate communication, worked together to enable our model through partnership
with network carrier sales channels. Education, training, feature maps and other tools were used to promote the
product & services.
OUTCOME
CLIENT engaged with us for 4 versions of the Galaxy phone for 3 following years. The framework was implemented across 34
US markets, 6 network carriers, and 4000 sales agents nationwide, and created the marketing foundation for all following
product innovations for years to come.

CASE STUDY - KRAFT HEINZ
PROBLEM STATEMENT
CLIENT sells hundreds of branded products to thousands of restaurants and food
distribution companies. Sales were conducted by the team in a traditional way where they
carried paper collaterals and brochures. There was no traceability, tracking and predictability
in their processes and activities. Kraft was struggling to figure out how to improve their sales
(leveraging digital transformation).
SOLUTION
WE leveraged our A-D-R-I engagement model with the sales BU. Based on detailed analysis
and design-thinking workshop, 16 solutions were refined. 3 of these solutions were merged
to develop the sales effectiveness solution. Comprehensive workflow and product topology
was developed that highlighted areas of implementation such as sales on-boarding, field
training, content development and management, SKU mapping to marketing collaterals and
KPI tracking Incorporated intelligence through machine-learning and gamification in sales
performance and customer interactions
OUTCOME
600+ trained field sales executives use it. Sales team’s performance has improved
by 60% in 14 months. New product orders from existing customers went up by 40%
