requires a concerted effort and a
commitment to change at all
levels of the organization.
Why Agility Matters Agility is critical for organizations to remain
competitive in today's fast-paced business environment. Some of the benefits
of achieving agility include:
Faster time-to-market: Agile organizations can deliver products and
services more quickly, enabling them to stay ahead of the competition.

Improved customer satisfaction: Agility allows organizations to respond
