Andeya Yadegari
Creative and concept oriented designer,
I want to create excitement in people’s
lives. I want them to be able to feel the
absolute delight of the unexpected.
The most original and powerful design is
concept driven. Every aspect of design,
space planning, material finishes, fur-
nishings, joinery all should drive from the
concept.

Relationship Between Building Architecture & Designed Structure
Floor plan (not to scale)
Section(not to scale)
There is a generous entry space to allow the anticipated large numbers of guests to calmly filter through (a direct response
to the concept) .
My inspiration is derived from the build-
ing architecture, first time I visited the
exhibition building, I immediately draw
the section and I repeated building
structure in my design.
my aim was to integrate our installation
not only sympathetically into the archi-
tecture but to also highlight the dynam-
ic elements already there.
By forming a relationship between the
temporary and permanent structures,
allowing the floating white triangular
form to interact with the installation be-
low, I created a striking but simple sol-
id shape which balances serenely aside
the open space which contains a black
frame structure presenting the student
works.
This new white shape incorporates a
small empty enclosure or interval space
which offers a subtle sense of silence
and sense of space. A pause from the
stimulating process of observing the 3
groups of work.
Theintervalspacerepeatsitselfthrough-
out the room signaling the start of each
groups presentation of work and pro-
vides a transition between the 3 groups
and connectivity throughout the room
and with the architecture.
Repetition, Dynamic Balance, Harmony
Following connection between my design and building architecture shows my fully respect to the building.

Hub Office
Minimalist Style
Minimalist Hub Office
My designed Hub Office has 4 zones and here is a short description for
one of them.
My aim was to design an elegant hub office that engaging people to-
gether in a pleasant and energetic atmosphere, and adding prestige to
their business by sending a strong image to their clients. Result of such
achievement would be created a productive environment.
Place is at level 21 in a glass high rise building located in a vibrant area
and the office has a very excellent location and beautiful view to City,
however it had a boring design before‘’
My final design is simple, elegant and empty from decorative stools. Its
Open space and avoiding inner walls, to engage people, they can easily
move around, talking and sharing information, having coffee that makes
them active and vibrant.
Harmony and balance in a space with full of energy achieved by using
natural light, geometric shapes, clean lines, white colour, timber floor and
lighting.
The meeting area is designed as focal point,
it’s also an open space with simple furniture but when you have meeting
you can have your private area by closing the sliding glass doors.
Create a Productive Office Environment,
Meeting area placed in middle as a main core, glassy sliding door gives
privacy while having visual connection with people around as well as en-
joying beautiful view to city.
