these numbers, it
is apparent that
the average age
of our audience
is 17. With 5 of
our respondents
saying they are
this age. 4
people answered
saying that they
were 18 and 2
people answered
saying they were
19. This does
mean that our
audience is
people in their
late teens.
In the 2nd question we asked
about our audiences gender.
From the graph it appears
that our audience are mainly
female. At 66%. However, we
did still have some male
responders but we have less
of them at 25%.
From question 3, we learnt that our audience are extremely outgoing, they enjoy being
outside whether that be partying or at a concert or just hanging outside in a park with
their friends. They can’t really stay inside because they are so sociable and always busy.
Question 4 gives us an idea about
the genres of music our audience are
interested in. After analysing all the
different responses we came to the
conclusion that Indie was the
preferred genre of music. This is
because many answered with bands
such as “Blossoms” “Arctic Monkeys”
“Imagine Dragons” “The 1975” which
shows that overall this was the genre
they liked the most.
From this question, we
learn that our audience
prefer to listen to music
digitally, this is because
45% of respondents
answered this. It is clear
that this is the most
popular category because
music this way is easily
accessible through mobile
phones on apps such as
Spotify. However, it is also
clear that our audience
attend festivals/concerts as
this category closely
follows at 36%.
